None of the insiders are close to it except for Jerry Polis at 7.74% Sorry the table didn't print out right.

Notice Eric Polis is selling along with Private Asset Management and the last one also but with miniscule amount of shares.

Even Falk and Putnam sold a few.

I would call "BS" on APPYS . Post a record of those transactions, They are insiders and would have to file. "Don't trust and verify" .
