It appears nobody cares to discuss this topic further.

The "stagnet" pps did not just start this month.

Personally, I fail to see a single event, such as insider selling to be the cause to drop from 16.0 cents to a whopping push downward to 14.75 cents. Not a big deal....

Nor do single events, spread out over time, such as 8 for 8 settlements, most with cross licensing agreements and one with an ongoing rolalty, nor the digEcor win in court, nor profitable Q's one after the other, nor 19 filings in one whack Nov 3rd, have the opposite effect...yet.

Focusing in on one event as to the cause of dropping a penny and a forth, is why IMO people are pushing back, just as much as focusing in on a single positive event not upticking the vol/pps.

It appears very evident that people are sitting on the sidelines, waiting for the right set of circumstances to make the plunge, and why Ministers says this is "about to blow."

This board, gets bored at at times between events. I sure as heck don't expect routine Pacer filings to get investors all giddy, but when settlements start hitting the wires, as much detail as can be shared, another profitable Q, RP getting the PR machine in gear, IMO we will look back on discussions of late and forget about them.
