Message: Where are the SEC filing for Polis' et. al. sales???

Polis got paid back in full with shares, made a profit due to the arrangement, and sold some before the end of the year. OK....done.

Seems logical to me....but how do we prove it?

The transactions may be followed for the most part by an anlysis of the Quarterly and Annual Reports.

The loans may have been paid back by money, principal and interest.

The loans may have initiated new warrants, which may be convertible to cpmmon stock at some point in time.

The loans may been Preferred Stock, convertible to common stock.

The loans may have initiated new common stock, adding to the outstanding shares.

They may have given Treasury stock, but I don't think they have any treasury.

Next, the price is not "is what it is", there are reasons why the price is at the current level. We tend to speculate a lot about the pps, but in the end it is a function of the market and information available to the investment community. some of that has to do with EDIG announcing some strategies, positive actions, and transactions that have an impact on the EPS.

I'm glad to see Agora bringing up issue of off topoic posts. My reason for not posting for several weeks is the large percent of posts that are off topic, dogs, trips, food, etc.

Some of the others are highly critical of opposing views, and then we finally have perhaps 20% that relate to EDIG directly or indirectly.
