Yes, there is certainly much gloom and doom these days and the media is so kind to keep the negative spin on it to boost their ratings and cause people to jump off of bridges so that they can report that too.

I am a firm believer that us Americans cannot be kept down. We have a history of winning, having the last word and setting an example.

Our patent laws are very clear...you steal them, we sue you...you pay us.

We have seen that settlements alone, even with cross licensing attached, and a royalty deal no less, has had little effect on the vol/pps. The WIN against digEcor had an effect, but it did not last. OK fine, we deal with it...

I and many have been saying for over a year, what EDIG does with this influx of money is what new investors are waiting for, to include microcap folks.

If we continue to be on the WINNING side of these suits, and IMO see no reason we will not be, partner up a few times where ongoing revs come into play, attract microcap interest, eVU gaining ground both in sales and service revs, along with a recovering economy, the stage will be set for EDIG to shine.

The cash, no debt, XLA's have added value to our gem, but the reward awaits us.

I look back to 2000 thru 2007, and felt my investment was just plain stupid, but felt selling and sucking up the loss was even more stupid, thus I/we are still here, and adding shares for the last 2-3 years. This company has finally got something to brag about, and it will evolve right before our eyes.

We are sitting on 18 settlements that could very well conclude in the next 90 days. Per RP, "there may be some surprises in these 19." Well, Woverine Data had a surprise word, royalty...yes, it's probably small, but it was part of the negotiations...a "payment plan."

I'm not worried, but admit to being impatient at times.

IMO, a day will come...SOON, that people will dig into their piggy banks and buy EDIG.
