How do you feel about this agreement to collect a royalty, ongoing royalty, and cross licensing, vs taking it all the way thru a Markman hearing and trial?

I ask this question not as an owner of EK stk, but an owner of another stk where IP efforts are ongoing againts many companies as we speak.

Also, what are your feelings on the non-disclosure agreement?

Just looking for an opinion.
