There is no doubt in my mind that a share buy back would send the market a signal of financial strength, and has the potential for a pps uptick. I do not disagree on that point one bit. I'm just saying other factors can achieve a higher pps, such as increasing the bank book numbers, sales of eVU, a major partnership etc.

I still think it is too soon in this IP effort to spend their money buying back shares at this point.

We have 350 mln shares authorized by us voting stock holders, as of Sept 17th, 2008. We have approx 287 mln in float. Now that we are debt free, having paid back most of the dept with shares, I.E. Polis, adding to the float is less likely.

Your thoughts are correct IMO, but I do not see the timing of such a decision to be 2010.
