There are many factors that can effect the pps, and a buy back is not the ONLY one.

This buy back topic, along with holders receiving dividends, comes up now and then on this board and during Q&A at the SHM's. The company does not bring it up, we do.

IMO, the company will hold onto IP revs to fund operations and grow. At some point down the road, if they have money to "burn" and not miss it, a buy back or divs are possible. When these topics came up during Q&A at the SHM Nov 19...
