I didn`t know it was against the law in South Carolina to have a pile of drywall debris in the middle of a yard under construction....although it might be. I just don`t know.

I travel the Carolina`s frequently... if you look around you will see cars in the front yard on blocks in front of mobile homes. You will see dogs tied up to these cars to guard them. You will see children playing on these cars in the front yard, playing with the dogs tied up to guard them......LOL.

I believe all this is against the law in the Carolina`s but I`m not going to stop my car, honk the horn and yell... Hey, do you know you`re breaking the law. You`ve got to get that trash out of your yard and untie that dog and put some shoes on those children or I`m going to call the law.

I don`t do this because, I don`t want to get shot and it just might be the sheriff`s house.....LMAO.

In other words, you may be right, but in the South, being right and yelling at a bunch of good ole boy`s could get you hurt.

Again, I say, I don`t agree with the way things are in the south but I do understand how things work there.

My best advice.... get a local southern lawyer and let him do all the talking.

Best of luck,

LGJ
