It seems that eDig filed motions for initial extensions on behalf of:

9. HTC America, Inc. unopposed, meaning they were acknoledged in some fashion.....where it was ammended by Featherstone who references 53 and 59...for the amendment. They are not corolated in the Doc sequence of HTC, it would be nice to see what docs the court references for 53 and 59.

11. Kyocera Communications, Inc. unopposed

12. Kyocera International, Inc. stipulated

13. Kyocera Wireless, Inc. stipulated

22. Summit Global Group, LLC unopposed

28.Samson Technologies Corp. stipulated

All the others filed their own, why would e.Digital legal be considerate in filing those motions?
