While I agree with Gil that a proxy is in order for the BoD change (to be voted on), I actually think that they worded that statement the way they did for a totally different reason. Remember that EDIG is incorporated in Delaware, but their corporate office is in California. They are submitting the year end financial report executed in CA on behalf of an entity incorporated in DE. Hence ``proxy``. I could be totally wrong, but the wording of the statement implies this to me (better than other takes). But, then again,

I do suspect that dilution is probable. Other than unknown NRE fees, any left over monies from last qtr (zero?), they`ve got one sale to Wencor for 1,000 digEs. That should be worth about $125K. With a probable burn rate of near $750K per qtr., I think we`re a tad short. Hopefully the picture is bright enough for more favorable avaiable financing. But dilution is a real possibility. (Sorry for the reality check). But, as above.....
