I'm pretty sure this is the Smart battery we're using - the SH202..

And I'd lay money it's made by Sanyo, ergo the extra S as seen here on our site -

It says, ''This battery has smarter electronics and a fuel gauge to test the charge'' but I'm sure we've built around this and upon it via our control cuircuitry; pertaining to the electrical signals used within the microcontroler and applied the shut-down/limiting/switching/checks-ballances shown in the 108. This IMO was/is incorporate to further advantagious attributes to the battery, its life and its preformace measures.

''control circuitry coupled to the microphone element and including signal input circuitry, amplification circuitry, analog-to-digital conversion circuitry, memory control circuitry, signal output circuitry and control logic circuitry for performing record and playback functional operations with respect to the electrical signals and other regulated components of the record/playback device''
Can anybody trace this SH202 back to a specific manufacturer - think Sanyo was one of the first to settle and is a major lithion manufacturer probably because of this being their battery,... but ya gota Love seeing that, ''Made In USA'' on the back that eVU; and I bet our customers do to.
