Kirk, your approach is the correct one. The debate here appears to be whether the patents are validated or not. I do not want to get involved in this debate but it seems to me that even we do have a number of settlements in our favor the price most likely will not move unless and umtil the word gets out. The limited number of shareholders in the various boards will not produce a couple of million shares traded that is necessary to move the price north. Lets then spend our energy convincing the management to engage in such a PR effort. There are plenty of investing advising companies as well as analysts in San Diego. Edig can invite them to lunch and explain the details of their plans, where they has been and where they intent to go. The responce of these people should become a guide for further refinement of their approach. The trick is to convince the management to get busy on this front. This might impact the share price. good luck to all.
