Here is RP's response to your e-mail...
You ask the following questions?...
(1) "As a result of suffering, both past and present, with my investment in Patriot Scientific I am a little concerned because I see some similarities in the status of both companies. Patriot has settled with many companies for some reasonably healthy sums of money and yet the shareholders continue to see the value of their holdings declining or holding steady at best. e.Digital is making great progress at reaching settlement agreements with some well known companies but my investment remains stagnant. Ironically, as I check the ticker this morning my PTSC and EDIG share prices are virtually identical."...
ANSWER BY RP...
SORRY kIRK; I have nothing to do with PTSC for sometime so I have no ideawhy the PPS of the both companies is the same. I would suggest it may be coincidence..
(2) "Robert, do we have a plan to get "the word" about our success and bright future to those institutional holders and individual investors that are so critical to improving share holder value? Could you share some specifics about the long-term plan for getting us on NAS or other major market so we can break free of the OTC nightmare we live in."...
ANSWER BY RP...
There is a PLAN in the works to get the word out to those you mention, however, I cannot share any specifics at this time, and there will be a PR announcing it...
(3) "I guess I am struggling right now to see how our current situation is any different than Patriot's situation (other than the seemingly never ending patent reexams that company is experiencing)."...
Again, I have no way to comment about Patriot's situation, but we have made it our position clear that our patents are not subject to reexamination as there has been no challanges to them thus far after 2 years into out monetization program...
(4) "Fear, uncertainty, and doubt will continue to be spread about e.Digital unless and until we can get our story out in clear and succinct language. I believe attaining that clarity requires some "numbers" that investors can actually see, touch, and analyze."...
ANSWER:...
I cannot comment about "fear, uncertainty, and doubt experienced" by our investors, and we have put out "Numbers in our quarterly 10Q's stating the exact results of our monetization program and its progress. Unfortunately, we are excluded by the terms of the settlement agreements thus far from discussing the exact numbers in each settlement separate and apart from the others, at the time of each settlement...
Lastly, as to what we have done lately, we just announced round two of our lawyers filing 19 claims against that number of defendants, with one settlement already and few more in the works which will be announced soon when they are concluded...
Thank you for your patience...

Senior VP, Edigital...

Keep a copy to see how close it comes to RP response. I bet I am taking longer, as his will be shorter and more concise, but essentially transmitting the same message...
