Well there certainly is electricity in the air for sure. Thanks Doni for finding the answer about the other 49%. Thales made BE fight for their monies due of course. But it seems like the sale was completed. Now, as I pointed out Thales has a stake in BEAV thru their Thales Fund ( talk about adding insult to injury). Sell someone something, they don`t pay what is agreed except by force years later and then they buy up shares in your company to ``help`` you and make money off your efforts.Of course the other aspect is that they can offer support because they now have an intrest to see BEAV succeed. I see the amount of shares is equal to about 5%. That might entitle them to some influence as well as some knowledge about what BEAV is up to business wise. At the least I think they would know about BEAV`s efforts with Wencor. I wonder who came to whom and what each can offer the other. Now if they( Thales ) bought something (IFE), failed to pay ( maybe at a critical time for BEAV and made their share price go down so they could buy more ), and now have an influential possition with BEAV, just think what they may may offer to help Wencor and EDIG. I like what emma said about being in the cat bird seat. I hope we continue to be. I hope Robert learned enough from shareholders over the years to hold his cards ( our cards ) close to his vest. Maybe Thales should buy a stake in EDIG if they already haven`t.
