If it goes up substantially after that dilution....my hats off to you.....and the Fed....lol

I'd like to see the Fed get the other 20 or so billion back, now riding on common stock.

As to the bank recirculating 700 billion it's sitting on.....they can start by buying back the US shares at 3.50.... or is the common conversation not considered TARP now....lol

It's going to take some convincing by someone to make me change my mind in the way I see things.....and I saw it coming long before it officially arrived.
