I will state again that my complaint with management has primarily been with the way the company communicates.

As far as the board goes, it is kind of obvious Daboss's posts are a pet peeve of mine. For the sake of everyone else, I'll refrain from replying to his posts from now on.

I don't actually post that often and just check the board a couple of times during work (and late tonight..i need to go to bed) . I don't post alot because there's simply not enough activity surrounding this business to justify the volume of posts.
