DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 2005--CompUSA(R) announced today the opening of its new CompUSA and Good Guys Megastores in California, Oregon and Washington -- with grand opening events starting Friday, June 17.

The 16 unique Megastores offer CompUSA`s full range of personal and computing electronics side-by-side with Good Guys` premium home entertainment selection, providing businesses and consumers a broader range of products, along with highly trained, expert staff from both CompUSA and Good Guys.

In addition, CompUSA continues to operate approximately 50 Good Guys retail stores, located on the West coast, along with 230 CompUSA stores in 90 markets nationwide.
