Your perspective is that it's 10 years later...less time.

Mine is, it's 10 years later and DM is able to better quantify and project the growth for the period of infringement, which started day one, not 10 years later for these billion dollar markets. This is still only round 2 of tier one.

Was it a matter of EDIG not being able to sell the patent licensing deals or the infringers just not wanting to buy, thinking a small company like EDIG will be long gone? Probably a bit of both but we saw what Apple did to portalplayer...total abandonment to make a bigger buck.

Regardless, it is what it is and maximizing from here should be foremost in everyone's mind, especially DM's.
