The so called naysayers have been quiet meanwhile pps has fallen from the high of Samsung buyout,I mean settlement by around 30%. So far the settlements have nuisance value and will do nothing to move the share price. However they did bring in some much needed cash. I think this next group of lawsuits will be very telling as to the direction of the company and thus to the share price. Obviously everyone here wants the company to grow.
