What I'm thinking, or better said......really speculating, for those of the 18 left that are on a calendar year, and need a tax right off, cut EDIG a check and go into 2010 without this head ache lurking over you.

If DM can pull off 3 more in Dec, that would be so sweet.

Whether or not during the holidays the news gets much attention is another matter, but it would eventually do so...
