Good point.

The point I was making was that with new product innovation will be covered by the royalty bearing agreements and any new flash based device would likely have EDIG inside, therefore EDIG could benefit from new product development.

Apparently Wolverine is paying EDIG cash for products sold for past infringement violations and the royalties will kick in for any new product sales...hence an automatic type partnership with EDIG not having to be involved directly in the design phase.

Anyway, that's how I read it.
