I discovered the "21 day clock" doesn't start when the complaint is filed in court, but rather when the defendants are actually served. I don't know the service dates so don't know how far into the 21 days each defendant is now. In fact, there is no record on PACER that EDIG has actually even served any defendant yet, unlike the TX 7 case. The TX 7 service dates varied by weeks from the date the complaint was filed.
