I really don't buy tier 1, 2, 3, etc. or low hanging fruit, YOU EITHER INFRINGE OR NOT.

I believe we allowed a lot of $$$$$$$$ to slip thru our fingers with the 7-7 signees and 11.4 mil NET, although good, will NEVER get us to the promised land.

The 18+ mil on the second round isn't going to get us there either, we need to resolve the value of our IP in court, once and for all, if we ever want to get to the promised land.

The 18+ mil and the continual signing for 1-3 mil is most assuredly a great source of income for a company with a low overhead but it will never get us to $2 a share.
