Yes, I think they want to get much deeper into the 170 and maybe even be approaching the Markman stage but with still many infringers left before engaging that level of transaction, thereby maximizing the company value, considering their retirement is virtually tied to EDIG's success.
The timeframe of 18 months to 5 years that was mentioned by our shareholder meeting reporters certainly indicates that their strategy is in the process of gelling.
I offered to make an introduction to a highly respected asset manager and their response and lack of consideration at this time indicates as much. This company has its own microcap fund. (no further comment)
As a result I am expecting EDIG to outperform on its own merits.
