The funny thing is that some think I don't want answers to every detail effecting this investment. I do, but I recognize that is not reality, so you get what you can get, watch for results and then decide what to do.

The patents have long been the carrot. The markets have already demonstrated the interest in flash patent potential by the big price and volume surge all through out '99 and 2000 and we have subsequently suffered a decade of drought while EDIG got its house in order and conditions so allowed this process to move forward.

27 infringers publically identified to date...over 170 referenced....7 straight settlements, differentiation between tier 1 and 2 explained to some degree....results look to continue.
