Doc 420 is misleading. Yes, the Court ruled EDIG owed $80K for the batteries and ammended the judgment in Oct but since then, EDIG and digEcor agreed on $60K.

acknowledges full settlement and satisfaction of that certain Amended Judgment entered on October 16, 2009 in the amount of $80,000 against Defendant e.Digital Corporation in the above-captioned action.
