I don't think DM has any concern with the shareholders...Its not their job to. Their job is to help keep the lights on but getting hte company money ASAP...

I agree that the 1.25 was pitiful at best, especially when you hear other royalty payments that Samsung makes, but EDIG mgmt had to agree to it which is what I don't get...Thats why I hope there is something we don't know.
