I talked with Putnam back in mid Oct. Here's what I posted on Oct 22nd.

"The actual settlement occurred in September and was booked that way. We will know by Nov.15 and it should be quite evident as it is a single one time payment."

I believe Daboss and others confirmed this in subsequent emails. The only consolation I can offer is there's more to the cross lisencing agreements than meets the eye. I probed as best I could to gain some insight as to where we were headed with the several cross lisencing agreements to no avail. Maybe the answer is in the enhanced eVu player or some generation down the road. A question for sure for the shareholders meeting if anyone can get anywhere with it.
