Did they have another obligation to fill within a months time? Yes they did. The IP we recieve from these infringers is what will drive the improvements / enhancements on the next generation eVUE's. I bet BOW is bent over a toilet somewhere puking his guts up. I can see them present the new eVUE at hte shareholder meeting and everyone going OOOOUUUUUHHHHH! That's Coooolllll!
