At noon EDT, a whoppin` $1,666.24 has been traded.

It looks like everyone is playing the waiting game -- even the MMs.

That`s OK by me...far better than heading further South. Without the Annual Report in hand, the guidence will not be nearly as valid...and we also need to be able to see, feel, touch, verify this guidence from an independent source. Past guidence has been far to ``expect`` filled with little known EDIG direct sales results. Maybe Fred has actually cut a deal or two, maybe same ole ``soon`` language. We`ll see.

So, I suspect we will see the guidence and the financials around the same time in one form or another -- letter from Grand Pooopa, stone tablet, Press Release, Carrier Pigeon, 10K, smoke signals from high atop Poway`s massive buildings, etc...

Bottom Line:

We`ll get the message from the company ``soon.`` It`s that pudding I`m interested in.
