Having the mtg at an offsite location to accomodate more than 50 people was discussed when I visited RP 9/17, after I suggested recent events and future news would create a greater interest. I mentioned some hotel mtg rooms near by, and he said there were spaces available in the same complex and the parking was good.

20 coming from Agora as advised via e-mail 11/3, did not make this decision, as he already had been thinking about it 2 or more months ago. IMO, this is a sign of more good news b4 the mtg.
