Yes there was much speculation regarding what was going on, and we still don't know exactly. What we do know is the the first 7 settlements, including SAMSUNG, are done deals.

Since the speculation, we have seen 19 more suits filed. The business of the company and DM's strategy continues to unfold and eventually we will see if they goe the way of the Markman. Certainly it remains a distinct possibility and there will be more speculation, no doubt.

As for upset, many here seem to thrive on being disappointed. There was not nearly as much hoopla over DM filing the Colorado 19 BEFORE the shareholders meeting and post digecor-era as there was to some posters going into exile.

We are at .16 after hitting record revenues and the focus for many remains on the downside...that FUD certainly is an effective tool.
