This is what I have been trying to figure out also.

Is this the date EDIG reports to the SEC, but not the date it becomes public in a PR?

Previous 3 years it was in a PR 12th thru 15th per another poster.

The 9th would be great, but the 12th is more pratical.

I just don't know and few opinions from others so far.
