I believe that one possibility is that there will be 10 listed soon for this second go- around. I would be much more dramatic and exciting to name the tenth infringer during the SHM. especially if it is a big name. This may not happen, but the effect would be news worthy if the 10th name is a household name. I can think of a few...........
