I think it's important to remember that 6 of the Texas Seven settled within a year. Factor in FF's quote in today's PR about streamlining and accelerating their IP efforts and it's not a big leap to realize DM expects quicker and larger settlements in the licensing process. Remember, only Samsung put up any fight at all...the other 6 simply filed court documents on schedule and probably spent most of their time researching our patents and negotiating a settlement rather than defending their alleged infringment.

IMO most of these new 19 defendants will settle within a year and therefore, there won't be many actual hearings to attend. If there is an important one down the road, I'll be there.

If we see even a modest $5M average settlement and multiply that by 19, we get $95M in 12-18 months. 60% of that is EDIG's cut which comes to $57M. Not too shabby.

I'm still buzzing about the Colorado 19! Huge congrats to EDIG management for keeping this company moving forward.
