This site is direct to the OTCBB "exchange". The only problem with them is they NEVER post an "uptick" arrow for EDIG, even when EDIG trades on an uptick.
Type in EDIG (no .ob required) for 15 minute delayed quotes. Level II also available under "Depth / Level II" tab.
