Before EDIG beat digecor on all counts, that uncertainty was used as a brake to curb expectations and stall further investment in EDIG via the spread of Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt.
That bit of FUD has since evaporated and the market indicated as much by hitting new 2+ year highs.
It is up to DM to set the agenda going forward. Anything of significance from them, without any negatives in sight, and the net effect could be much more substantial.
