I would guess that DM knows best as to what company is the prime Markman candidate.

I would have been surprised to see it happen in the very first round with so many infringers remaining at large...but my expertise in this arena is nil. Yet, even those with extensive experience in such matters don't seem to have a handle on it either.

Watching it unfold is a nice place to be for shareholders of record...and yes, this will be big time for a small company like EDIG !
