What I like about the long term Polis financing that kept EDIG afloat for years, that took its share of criticism, is that Polis turned much of his effort and risk into building a huge position in EDIG, in the form of over 25 Million shares, and who now has his son on the Board of Directors.

I don't call that death spiral financing, but rather a long term investment approach knowing very well what was transpiring from the inside-out.
