My thinking is that with the new set of infringers, conflict with DM's representation might exist since DM represents many large companies in the tech field.

I would hope that a second set of attorneys would handle specific companies not handled by DM due to conflicts. This could be the reason for delays in filing the next batch.

I do hope we will hear something regarding this at the SHM, OR SOONER!

I also hope the new batch is much larger than the origial 7.
