Just a few comments....

1. There are approx 285.6 mln shares outstanding.
2. Approx 15% are held by BOD members, couple of insiders, and the Polis trust.
3. There are 350 mln shares auth as of 9/17/08 when it was officially approved.
4. As of June-09, there were 2869 share holders of record held in street name by a broker, and the same time last year, 2811.
5. It is not known how many "people" make up this 2869, as the holders can have multiple accts, I.E., I have 3 accts.
6. As of about June-09 or even much sooner, but RP did tell me by phone in Mar-09 I think it was (?) there were some 26,000 certificates held, but no way to identify how many holders this was made of.

I tend to agree the "serious" holders of this stock, with large qtys held are on this board, yet there are other boards, and people who own the stock who do not participate on any of them.

Item #4, should it ever get to say...5,000 or more, we have some serious action taking place, and I fully expect such in time.
