I sent him an e-mail on Friday am and did not hear back. I assume he is still working for EDIG but I'm sure he will reconsider if a $1-2 million settlement with Samsung is disclosed in the financials and he has to speak to shareholders face to face a few days later. I actually believe it is possible that if the settlement amount was in that low range that EDIG would have had DM wait 15 days to announce a settlement so it would be recorded in the quarter reporting Feb 15th. This would buy them some time for other litigation to be filed or some IFE news to help pad the blow. If RP skips EDIG after all these years when things seem to finally be going the way we hoped they would go back in 2000 I would probably sell.
