If something sounds too good to be true, it probably isn't. I doubt that Samsung would be so dumb to give a cross license to a company that is a candidate for a buyout. They would have so many restrictions in the contract that EDIG couldn't move without their approval. Never gonna happen. Dream on. JMHO!
