Look at what the MM'S are doing!? Up until few minutes ago AUTO which is the authomated buying for the MMS was bidding $.21 and all of a sudden it dropped to .$18 as reflected in the latest BID/ASK that follows.

This is no more than a SWOOSH effect, which is the TRADERS running out through the doors...

If you look at what MMS are doing they have all raised their ASK, anticipating the NEWS just released as having a positive effect, which means you are right in saying by the end of the day we are apt to close higher...
