I agree that events and circumstances seem prime right now for good news to be revealed... only 1 month until the shareholder's meeting. Who knows what will happen but at the very least, we can safely expect an announcement by the end of next week from e.Digital regarding the completion of another settlement and licensing agreement. Will they name Samsung or provide any other details? I tend to think not but it's possible. Probably more significant would be DM filing against other infringers. I'm hoping we will see that occur before 11/19.
