Well, there's a patents initial validity and then there could be a challenge of that validity....so where does real validity lie?

You somewhat started the conversation with comments of re-examinations of patents....and from that point, without any other input from you, it all went way off on another consideration, where Ron injected his comments of what a Markman does not do in that regard....fine.

Will the conclusion of a Markman hearing having a judges rendering, lean in a direction for a Plaintiff or a defendant? Or is it a non-bias consideration of the judge?

Simple enough question, yet it was never answered. I was under the assumption that it would....yet in reading Rons comments, that did not appear to be the case....I simply ask for clarification on the matter....and he blew it off into space.

If someone publishes a comment on this board, I have no problem injecting questions for clarification, and I don't care what status that person feels they have over me.

I thought this board was for swapping thoughts...not creating personality or status conflicts.
