With that, the settlement with Samsung can be as small as they feel they can get away with covering legacy issues....they still have to deal with outsourced IC going into the future.
IMO, for the first 7 it's over...while yet, it's not over. I guess at this point, it comes down to how potential subsidiaries of settling companies are identified and considered not to be infringers.
