I thank you for some nice comments about lawyers. Integrity and knowing the law, added to knowing the mechanics of when to shut up, and when to "give" are the mark of great trial attorneys, and EDIG lawyers have demonstrated all of the above.
As a practicing lawyer for 50 years I have seen it all. And EDIG lawyers in the case with BOW are master trial attorneys who know their stuff and have done a great job of lawyering representing EDIG...
It is nice to hear some positive comments among this group who time and again have been critical of lawyesr and those that represented EDIG so far.
Actually, I feel sorry for the lawyers representing BOW. Their seemingly unprofessional conduct emenates from BOW, and their big mistake was agreeing to represent him in the begining...
I am sure at the time the issues came up I must said something about this. But, at this point this is no longer a legal issue that needs clarification. This latest paper war is aimed at slapping the Juge back by Bow, and extending the time for filing his appeal to 30 days after the judge has ruled on this latest Motion. And I posted the 10th Circuit Court Rules on Appeal allowing this extention...
This is additional reason that the Court of Appeal will summarily dismiss any appeals filed by BOw, for they will recognize it for what it is, a delay tactic, than a "Substantive" error in judgment requiring correcting of an error which EDIG attoneys had offered to submit to the Court on a Stipulated Motion, and BOW chose to ignore that...
