who told me she is dumping 2 pieces of investment property in northern Michigan that she paid about $70K for 5 years ago....today's sales price = $5,000 and she has to come up with $6K in closing costs.
Today the market is the only game in town.
I feel bad for her but she is no dummy, a banking exec, that made what looked like a good investment that just went sour...no fault of her own.
Nice to have EDIG in play in this market.
