This idea came from this board and it's simply a wishful thinking. Personally I don't see it, but no one ever knows.

I am just hoping for a nice settlement of at least $ 15M or more and I am hoping to finally hear about new lawsuits coming that will propel the PPS upward since our past record is 7-7.

Without any type of buy-out we should still get the PPS to $ 7 in the next 12 months or sooner based on future lawsuits settlements.

Just my opinion; we'll know very soon.
